Co budeš dělat
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including IT services agreement and general commercial agreements.
- Conduct legal research, prepare internal notes and advise management on key legal developments.
- Partner closely with the business and projects teams to identify legal needs and provide pragmatic, solution-oriented advice.
- Support strategic initiatives such a merchant migration, operational strategy review or partnership renegotiations.
- Advise on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters, ensure alignment with applicable law and Worldline group policies.
- Oversee corporate governance matters (board meetings, shareholders’ meeting, statutory compliance etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal tools, templates and internal processes.
Koho hledáme
- Minimum of 6 years of experience and Master’s degree in law (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Czech legal environment, knowledge of Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland and Slovenia are also considered as a plus
- Experience with regulated environments (payments/banking) would be an asset
- Excellent English for legal/business contexts (written and spoken)
- Curious, adaptable, collaborative team player; thrives in international environments; eager to share knowledge and build relationships across the group
