Solar Turbines is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support the development and the maintenance of the Gas Turbines Package dedicated to the Power Generation market (power range: 4 to 35 MW).
Co budeš dělat
- Develop Mechanical design of the Gas Turbine Package mechanical systems
- Develop 3D models of the Gas Turbine package mechanical systems
- Coordinate, check and approve 2D drawings of the mechanical systems
- Perform and validate Structural Analysis of the structural components
- Coordinate and support the mechanical systems manufacturers
- Support Sales Department
- Support Project Execution Department
- Prepare technical documentation related to Mechanical Systems
Koho hledáme
- Mechanical engineering or equivalent bachelor’s or master’s Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in the field of Mechanical design and 3D Modelling for industrial applications
- Proven experience of mechanical components manufacturing processes
- Proven experience in Structural Analysis (FEM)
- Experience working with PLM software
- Experience evaluating suppliers’ quality
- Good understanding of Gas Turbine Package auxiliary systems such as gas fuel system, lube oil system, ventilation system and air filtration system
- Attention to detail concerning component specifications
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Fluent English – Czech, Italian, German and/or French of benefit
- Good communication skills and capability to work in a team
- Analytical skills and problem-solving capability
- Target oriented and strong sense of responsibility
