As a CSC Specialist, you will act as a key contact for customers and internal stakeholders while supporting enquiries, quotations, and order processing activities. Co budeš dělat
- Process customer enquiries, quotations, and orders, including related administrative activities
- Communicate with customers regarding product availability and delivery schedules
- Work with ERP and SAP systems to manage orders, contracts, and invoicing activities
- Monitor open orders and provide customers with relevant updates
- Cooperate with internal departments to support customer requirements and order fulfilment
Koho hledáme
- Secondary or university education in an economic or technical field
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or order processing activities
- English language skills that support daily internal communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Experience with SAP is welcome
