Co budeš dělat
- Understand user requirements while collaborating with product management and engineering colleagues
- Design and iterate user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and UI components aligned with design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on insights.
- Design AI-driven experiences such as conversational flows and guided interactions, ensuring usability and consistency.
- The focus for this position will be on localizing solutions for Global Trade Services (GTS)
Koho hledáme
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in HCI, Human Factors, or Interaction Design.
- Have 2 - 3 years' experience in UX design, understanding the UX process like User Centered Design or Design Thinking.
- Bring hands-on experience in interaction design, prototyping, and design systems.
- Ability to translate user needs and research insights into effective design solutions.
- Understanding of AI interfaces, including conversational flows, prompt design, and system responses, is important.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building.
- Familiar with agile methodologies and is beneficial.
