We are looking for an entrepreneurial and performance-driven professional to take ownership of the growth of an established Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce business in the Czech Republic.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working beyond paid advertising. While performance marketing will be a key part of the role, you will also be responsible for driving overall e-commerce growth, optimizing the customer journey, managing Shopify operations, and helping scale a subscription-based business model.
You will work remotely while collaborating with local specialists and support teams in the Czech market across customer service, logistics, creative production, and other operational areas.

- Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Manage media budgets and maximize ROAS, MER, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and creatives.
Implement testing frameworks fo
- E-commerce Growth & Shopify Management
Manage and optimize the Shopify store to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
Monitor key e-commerce KPIs and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
Coordinate website improvements, promotions, merchandising, and product launches.
Work closely with developers, designers, and local partners when needed.
Ensure accurate track
- Subscription Business Growth
Develop initiatives to increase subscription acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Optimize subscription offers, upsells, cross-sells, and retention flows.
Analyze subscription metrics and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
Collaborate with CRM and retention initiatives to improve recurring revenue performance.
- Business & Market Development
Take ownership of the overall growth strategy for the Czech market.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, and operational performance.
Coordinate with local teams and external partners to execute growth initiatives.
Drive a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
Koho hledáme
- 4+ years of experience managing paid media for DTC e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record of scaling profitable e-commerce businesses.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing Shopify stores.
- Understanding of subscription-based e-commerce models.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Experience working with CRO, retention, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Experience in the Czech market is a strong plus.
