We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Management Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director and Executive Management Team within the Central Europe Region.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination of strategic and operational activities. You will play a central role in supporting executive management, corporate governance, business events, and stakeholder relations across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

Co budeš dělat
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
- Coordinate travel support for members of the Executive Management Team.
- Organize executive, strategy, management, and Board meetings, including preparation, logistics, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate dealer review meetings, management events, conferences, and business trips across the region.
- Support VIP visitors, international delegations, and corporate events in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, business correspondence, and management documentation.
- Manage communication on behalf of senior leadership, including correspondence, inquiries, and stakeholder interactions.
- Ensure company records and information in official commercial and regulatory registers remain accurate and compliant.
- Support governance, compliance, and corporate administration activities, including powers of attorney and related documentation.
- Handle confidential business information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and management support functions.
- Coordinate annual hotel agreement reviews and supplier-related administration together with the Purchasing department.
- Support employee events and engagement activities in cooperation with the People & Culture team.
- Oversee and coordinate Reception operations and support workplace management activities.
- Provide additional executive support as required by business needs.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Previous experience in a similar executive assistant, management assistant, or senior administrative role within an international or multinational company.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern business systems; active use of AI tools is considered an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Native or fluent Czech or Slovak.
- Advanced English (C1 level or higher).
- Hungarian language skills are an advantage.
