- Design, plan, execute, and evaluate promotional plans in collaboration with Sales
- Support category and brand growth across customers and channels
- Execute product launch campaigns and track performance closely
- Identify opportunities to unlock new business growth
- Coordinate POS planning, production, implementation, and evaluation
- Develop brand planograms aligned with global guidelines
- Manage brand assortment to ensure a competitive portfolio
- Support deployment of multichannel and digital brand strategies
- Analyze market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Monitor competitive activities (pricing, launches, promotions)
- Continuously optimize brand and customer performance based on insights
Koho hledáme
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade, customer, or shopper marketing
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to translate insights into strategic actions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- "Own it, drive it" mindset and team spirit
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Very good command of English
