Co budeš dělat
- Own outbound prospecting efforts across the US market.
- Identify and engage high-value prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreach campaigns.
- Generate qualified pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
- Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies.
- Experiment with new prospecting approaches and help build repeatable playbooks for future SDR hires.
- Develop a deep understanding of the compliance and cybersecurity landscape.
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Track performance, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Scytale's US go-to-market motion.
Koho hledáme
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong prospecting skills across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or related sales experience.
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or other B2B technology companies is a strong advantage.
