- As Lead User Acquisition Manager, you will own and scale paid acquisition for one of our core D2C subscription products. Your primary mandate is to maximise ROI across all paid channels — driving consistent, high-quality traffic that converts and retains. You will execute the strategy, manage the budget, and work closely with creative and analytics to continuously improve performance.
- ROI & Performance Ownership
Own and maximise ROAS across all paid channels.
Develop and implement strategies to drive efficient CAC and sustainable growth.
Build growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios and ARPU.
Identify scaling opportunities across channels while maintaining performance efficiency.
- Strategy & Execution
Define and execute the UA strategy across all platforms (Meta/Google, TikTok, etc.).
Design and implement optimal campaign structures across all active platforms.
Continuously test and refine targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign setups.
- Creative Collaboration
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Identify and test new selling angles, creative approaches, and messaging strategies.
Provide data-driven feedback to guide creative direction across all channels.
- Analytics & Data
Use data-driven insights to inform every strategic and tactical decision.
Build and maintain performance reporting and attribution frameworks.
Own the testing roadmap: A/B tests, geo-expansion, channel scaling, creative iteration.

- Must-Have Experience
3+ years in performance marketing with a strong focus on D2C subscription products (web-to-web, web-to-app).
Proven track record of maximising ROI and scaling paid acquisition.
Deep platform expertise across paid social and search (Meta/Google, TikTok, etc.).
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQL.
