A Day in the Life
As a Trade Marketing Manager based in Prague, you will be a key player in our Consumer Products Division, driving growth for our iconic brands across the Czech and Slovak markets. You will be at the heart of our business, transforming marketing vision into impactful retail experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Co budeš dělat
- Develop Winning Strategies: You will analyze sales, market, and promotional data to develop innovative trade marketing strategies that increase sales, market share, and profitability across our brand categories.
- Drive Retailer Partnerships: You will translate marketing plans into compelling, results-driven programs for our retail partners, managing budgets and collaborating with Key Account Managers to achieve commercial targets.
- Ensure In-Store Excellence: You will lead the design and execution of eye-catching point-of-sale (POS) materials and optimize in-store execution, ensuring flawless timing, effective planograms, and powerful promotional displays.
- Be the Market Expert: You will act as a vital link between our marketing and commercial teams, providing valuable field intelligence and developing trade presentations to shape brand activities.
Koho hledáme
- A university degree, preferably in a business or marketing-related field.
- Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak.
- Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to analyze sales and market data to uncover trends and insights.
- Business Acumen: You understand the connection between marketing activities and commercial results.
- Strategic Vision: The capability to develop and execute effective trade marketing plans.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects from concept to execution.
- Collaboration: An ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain.
