Co budeš dělat
- Manage document certification and legalization with other governmental agencies for export and import procedures.
- Coordinate the business activities related to Certificate of Conformity requirement for export and import procedures.
- Support on Export control screening activities
- Support the business on operational escalations.
- Support Trade Compliance operations in essential company’s projects related to legislation changes, flows set up, operations movement between countries.
- Support on preferential origin mapping, qualification and reporting.
- Support on development, implementation and update of SOPs and process flows.
- Support on budget and financials to our brokers across EMEA related to duties and brokerage service.
- Support on regular audits of operational flows to find areas for optimization and compliance improvement.
- Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and assess their impact on operational flows.

- Experience with international trade flows and import/export documentation
- Customer oriented and a pro-active attitude
- Preferred experience in Trade Compliance area
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Great analytical skills.
- Great knowledge of Office applications such as Excel
- Good project and change management skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Beneficial to have experience and/or training in the following areas of competence: Union Customs Code (UCC), World Customs Organization, HTS code determination, Customs valuation principles, rules of origin, free trade agreements, INCOTERMS, AEO, customs brokerage activities and in special customs authorizations and licenses
