Are you passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences through impactful compensation and benefits programmes? Join our EMEA team as a Total Rewards Specialist and play a key role in delivering high-quality rewards solutions that support our people across multiple countries. In this role, you will partner closely with the EMEA Total Rewards Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of regional compensation and benefits operations. From managing benefit programmes and vendor relationships to supporting global compensation cycles, you will help shape an employee experience that is consistent, competitive, and built around our people.
Co budeš dělat
- Benefits Management & Employee Experience Support the administration and renewal of regional benefits programmes and business insurance plans.
- Collect, analyse, and maintain benefits data to support renewal processes.
- Coordinate benefit-related invoices, financial updates, and fringe rate calculations.
- Create and maintain clear, up-to-date benefit communications and summaries for employees.
- Support employees throughout their benefits journey, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- Compensation Programmes & Market Insights Support the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases and bonus processes across EMEA.
- Help coordinate communications and provide guidance to HR teams, HR Business Partners, and employees throughout compensation cycles.
- Assist with market benchmarking activities to help ensure our programmes remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership Build strong relationships with HR, Payroll, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for external benefits providers and vendors.
- Support vendor management activities, including onboarding processes within SAP.
- Data, Reporting & Process Excellence Maintain accurate employee and benefits data across dedicated platforms.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports covering pensions and benefits.
- Support procurement activities, including Purchase Order creation and management.
Koho hledáme
- Experience in benefits administration, compensation support, or HR operations, ideally within a multi-country European environment.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage, analyse, and interpret data effectively.
- Experience with SAP or similar HR systems is an advantage.
- A highly organised, detail-oriented approach with a passion for improving processes.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages such as Spanish, French, Czech, or German are highly valued.
