As a Inside sales representative you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for long-tail customers to drive double-digit organic revenue growth by converting inbound demand and leads into quotes and invoiced orders, leveraging strategic call planning, data-driven prospecting, continuous product knowledge development, and accurate CRM reporting while maintaining a proactive, resilient, and customer-centric approach.

- Manage inbound enquiries across multiple channels, identify customer needs, and uncover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Drive revenue by managing leads through the full sales cycle—from qualification to quotation, negotiation, and closure
- Execute and track all sales stages in CRM, from lead creation to invoicing, ensuring accurate reporting and feedback
- Use pricing tools effectively to build and maintain a profitable sales pipeline
- Support customers and internal teams with data management, systems (e.g. Webshop, Parts Online), quote preparation, and issue resolution

- Native Spanish + English (at least B2 level)
- Experience in Sales role
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
