You’ll thrive in this role because:
You’ll provide personalized IT user support directly on-site at customer locations, primarily in Vienna.
You’ll travel regularly to Vienna , performing onsite support tasks such as troubleshooting, installations, and IT relocations. Depending on workload, trips may be single-day or multi-day stays , with accommodation and travel fully covered as business trips .
For travel, a company-paid rental car will be provided when needed (no permanent company car assigned).

- You’ll travel regularly to Vienna , performing onsite support tasks such as troubleshooting, installations, and IT relocations.
- Your onsite responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, iPhones, multimedia devices, and mobile handheld scanners
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues
Performing installations, IT relocations, and decommissioning of IT equipment
Creating clear and structured technical documentation of completed work
- In days without onsite assignments, you’ll work remotely as an L2 support technician , where:
You’ll handle ticket-based support only (no phone queue)
You’ll resolve incidents and service requests in a structured and autonomous way
You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality

- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Systems Electronics or similar)
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in 2nd-level support (or strong 1st-level experience with growth potential)
- Solid knowledge of Windows client operating systems (e.g., Windows 10/11)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and standard enterprise applications
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
- A proactive, structured, and customer-oriented mindset
- Flexibility
- Willingness to travel regularly to Vienna and stay overnight when required
- We particularly value your high level of motivation to engage in a new environment and learn new things
- Driving license (Category B)
- Very good communication skills in German (client-facing role) and working knowledge of English
