Co budeš dělat
- Provide regional technical support via service portal, remote diagnostics, and onsite support.
- Conduct regular visits; organize workshops with partners and HQ to improve capability.
- Organize onsite technical training for new product launch and structured level training.
- Collect/report typical fault trends and critical faults; drive rapid quality resolution.
- Develop and release technical notices and typical repair cases.
- Support regional special events and urgent technical escalations with onsite solutions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by line manager.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent English and native Czech/Slovak; Chinese is a plus.
- Strong cross-cultural and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- NEV technical background preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and to China.
