Co budeš dělat
- Drive and coordinate initiatives for the JetBrains Platform.
- Align multiple teams and stakeholders around shared goals and timelines.
- Support planning and execution, helping teams move from ideas to delivery.
- Track progress and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Help improve delivery and collaboration practices.
Koho hledáme
- Experience working as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in product- or platform-focused teams.
- Ability to drive several parallel initiatives in a fast paced environment, coordinating cross-functional efforts across multiple teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence working with various types of stakeholders.
- Structured thinking, a strong focus on outcomes, and a "get it done" mindset.
- Comfort working with complex technical systems.
- Solid understanding of software development processes.
- Fluency in English.
