Co budeš dělat
- Partner with Customer Success teams to support strategic customer engagements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex Salesforce environments and development processes.
- Recommend architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to improve delivery performance and platform scalability.
- Guide customers through Salesforce release management, source control, and deployment strategies.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during implementation, adoption, and optimization initiatives.
- Help customers identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Support pre-sales and expansion activities through technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution design.
- Contribute to technical content including blogs, webinars, best-practice guides, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in customer workshops and strategic planning sessions.
- Adhere to set internal controls.
Koho hledáme
- 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, development, and deployment best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management.
- Proficiency with Git and modern software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex Salesforce environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a global, remote-first environment.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
