Shape the Future of CRM at KBC

As part of our CRM team , you’ll help build and maintain the technical backbone that gives our commercial colleagues a complete 360° customer view—empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring platform performance, stability, and reliability.
From CRM platforms like Alpha, One, and FuturA (built on MS Dynamics 365) to innovative tools such as Kate, our digital assistant, you’ll work on systems that make a real impact for both customers and employees. Your work will balance technical excellence and innovation: maintaining robust environments while enabling transformation through AI Agents, Generative AI, new CRM capabilities, and process automation.
To support our growing AI roadmap for commercial employees, we’re strengthening our team with three versatile, multi-skilled professionals who will contribute to both new initiatives and ongoing operational excellence.
Co budeš dělat
- Design, implement, and maintain the technical foundations of our CRM environments
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of CRM platforms and surrounding systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues, proactively identifying root causes and proposing robust solutions
- Automate deployments, monitoring, and operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
- Work closely with architects, other developers, and analysts to ensure secure, cost-effective, and compliant technical designs
- Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operation
- Contribute to strategic programs, including modernization, cloud readiness, and AI-enablement

- Has strong technical troubleshooting skills and enjoys digging into complex systems
- Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with both IT and business stakeholders
- Has experience with agile methodologies and technical project delivery
- Understands—or is eager to learn—CRM platforms, enterprise integrations, and cloud ecosystems
- Is proactive, flexible, and thrives in a fast evolving environment
- Shows ownership and a solution-driven mindset
- Practices active listening, values teamwork, and shares knowledge openly
- Is eager to develop expertise in technologies such as MS Dynamics 365, Azure, monitoring solutions, and automation tools
- Some experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus, significant experience with .NET a must
