We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Workplace Operations & Experience team in Prague and help support the daily operations of our LEGO Trading office, home to approximately 120 colleagues. In this role, you will become an important part of creating a welcoming, smooth, and engaging workplace experience for employees, guests, and visitors alike.

- Front Desk & Visitor Experience Be the welcoming face of the Prague office for colleagues, guests, and visitors Support visitor reception and ensure hosts are informed and visitors feel welcomed Coordinate parking reservations and allocation
- Mail & Logistics Handle incoming mail and parcel distribution and weekly internal mail distribution Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers such as DHL, DPD and others Support larger deliveries and logistics coordination in line with building guidelines
- Pantry & Workplace Experience Monitor and restock pantry areas with coffee, milk, fruit, snacks, and other essentials Help create a positive and welcoming office environment
- Employee Engagement & Hospitality Support employee celebrations, recognition initiatives, office events and engagement activities incl. coordination of catering and refreshments Prepare welcome packages for international visitors and delegates Assist with planning and on-site execution of office events and activities
