- Coordination, steering, monitoring and tracking software update operations across cross-functional teams to ensure all software update processes in vehicle projects are compliant, traceable, and auditable throughout the product lifecycle.
- Closely coordinating Version Management, Configuration Management, RxSWIN Management teams to ensure centralized management of versions, configurations, and documentation as per SUMS compliance.
- Process rollouts, training, and awareness programs for SUMS compliance.
- Get regular updates from working level alignment meetings and providing inputs for Steering committee and Management meeting.
- Preparation and circulation of SUMS meeting agenda and Protocol within the Cross Functional Team.
- Supporting respective departments in maintaining full traceability of software versions and approvals.
- Communication and coordination between with CFT’s & Mlada Boleslav (Skoda Headquarter)
