We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support execution and optimization of our digital marketing activities across key channels.
In this role, you will focus on day-to-day management of digital campaigns, web content, and performance tracking , contributing to improving customer experience and driving engagement across digital touchpoints.
Co budeš dělat
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO, and owned channels
- Support implementation of campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Manage website content and digital assets , ensuring accuracy and functionality
- Support content publishing, updates, and basic localization (transcreation)
- Assist with website personalization activities
- Monitor campaign and channel performance (KPIs)
- Support reporting and provide basic insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with BI/analytics teams on data tracking and evaluation
- Work with cross-functional teams and markets to execute digital initiatives
- Support coordination with external agencies and partners
- Use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Workfront, Confluence ) to track tasks and updates
- Ensure smooth operation of digital platforms and tools
- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and execution
- Support compliance with brand, legal, and data guidelines
Koho hledáme
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or agency environment
- Basic to solid understanding of web management, SEO, and digital campaigns
- Experience with CMS platforms and content publishing
- Familiarity with digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions)
- English + CZ/SK is a must
