Co budeš dělat
- Create purchase requests on behalf of the business requestors
- Coordinate and route requests to appropriate procurement and finance teams
- Track good receipts approvals and update requestors
- Perform quality controls and check compliance with Sita policies and best practices
Koho hledáme
- Finance-related educational background
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar operational, finance, procurement, or shared service environment preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge (experience with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, or P2P processes would be a plus)
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Analitical thinking
- Strong communication skills with business requesters
- Fast, practical, and solution-focused
- Positive and professional attitude
