We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Technical Center within the R&D Center in Prague. The R&D Center in Prague is responsible for system validation activities supporting advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technologies on a global scale.

- In this role, you will design, evolve, and technically lead comprehensive IT, cloud, and HPC solution architectures for the global ADAS/AD System Validation Data Lifecycle Platform and AI projects.
- You will ensure alignment with functional and non-functional requirements while maintaining compliance with Valeo IT, SysVal CoE, R&D DSIS, Cyber Security, and international standards.
- You will own the technical vision of the platform across the complete data journey — from global in-vehicle data recording and high-throughput ingestion to hybrid data transformation, automated and human-in-the-loop annotation, deterministic SIL/HIL/PIL reprocessing, KPI computation, and secure long-term archiving.
- Architectural Design & Technical Leadership: Leading the architectural design of the global ADAS validation platform across the 6 ADR layers (Ingest, Processing, Curation/Labeling, Validation, KPI, Archival).
- Designing hybrid environments connecting on-premise HPC and public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud for China) under a Single Control Plane.
- Defining Kubernetes-native orchestration for massive compute workloads (auto-scaling)
- Linux & Deep Systems Optimization: Hands-on configuration and low-level parameters tuning of Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu) to achieve maximum I/O and network throughput.
- Optimizing kernel parameters (sysctl, network sockets, TCP buffer sizes, virtual memory, storage schedulers) to handle massive parallel ingest streams (100+ TB/day per site).
- Designing highly optimized Docker container runtimes with minimal overhead and rapid deployment capabilities on HPC nodes.
- Cloud & Multi-Site Networking: Architecting and managing network connectivity (LAN, WAN, VPC peering, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, Transit Gateways) ensuring fast and secure interconnection of R&D sites (Prague, Bietigheim, Tuam, Troy, Shenzhen).
- Architecture Methodology & Standardization: Modeling and documenting the IT architecture using TOGAF, ArchiMate, and UML standards.
- XIL (SIL/HIL/PIL) Reprocessing & KPI Integration: Coordinating the integration of physical and virtual simulation loops (SIL, HIL, PIL, MIL co-simulation).
- Designing the "HIL Bridge" to enable remote job execution and result ingestion from hardware-in-the-loop benches (dSPACE SCALEXIO, NI VeriStand, Vector CANoe).
- Architecting deterministic execution models and integrating the pluggable KPI engine for automated cross-release software comparisons (N vs. N-1).
- Data Management, Traceability & Compliance: Ensuring immutable end-to-end Data Lineage from sensor to compliance package, building the regulatory audit trail for Euro NCAP, UNECE WP.29, and ISO 26262.
- Designing policy-driven tiered storage transitions (Hot/Warm/Cold) with automated data aging rules supporting up to 15 years retention.
- Implementing strict multi-tenant isolation (RBAC, customer-managed encryption keys BYOK/HYOK) and monitoring secure tamper-proof access logs.
