- Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up appropriately.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay current on company products, policies, and updates to offer precise solutions.
- Contribute ideas to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Koho hledáme
- Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software.
- Positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to collaborate within a team.
