- Provide excellent customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries about products, services, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer experience.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
Koho hledáme
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
