ZF is establishing a new state-of-the-art distribution center in Ostrov, which will become a key logistics hub within our global supply chain. This facility integrates advanced automation, digital technologies, and data-driven logistics to enhance operational efficiency.
As a Site EHS Lead, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining compliance with EHS rules and regulations, implementing ZF EHS program, addressing other stakeholder requirements.
Co budeš dělat
- Educate site leadership on existing and pending Local, Regional and National legislation applicable to the site. Assist the site setting up systems to achieve and maintain compliance/certifications, including completion of EHS internal audits and compliance assurance monitoring.
- Day to day EHS support to plant (e.g., equipment release, hazardous material management, workplace condition monitoring, organizing EHS Kaizens with employees, etc.).
- Reporting of EHS performance, issues, and development of corrective actions.
- Provision of EHS training ranging from orientation for new employees and required regulatory topics, to periodic refresher training for leaders, BBS coaches, etc.
- Support as to ZF EHS key programs/activities.
- Preparation of and participation in periodic (preferably weekly) EHS meetings with plant management and employee representatives to review performance, progress with EHS programs, analysis of new requirements.
- Reporting in appropriate corporate and governmental EHS systems including preparation incident reports to Corporate & Divisional EHS.
- Maintaining register of compliance obligations up to date, definition of actions to address new requirements on an as needed basis.
- Facilitation of EHS process optimization and cost reduction activities, support to lean workshops, etc.
- Preparation of and participation in annual EHS Management Review with plant management, development of plant specific EHS Objectives & Targets.
- Development and maintenance of EHS procedures, work instructions, guidance materials, etc.

- Min. secondary education in a technical field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EHS min. 5 years.
