Co budeš dělat
- Manage and develop the dealer network in the region, strengthen dealer partnerships, and support dealer operations to drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia; recommend timely adjustments to regional sales strategies.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, after-sales, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team; establish effective management routines, performance standards, and accountability mechanisms.
- Develop and implement regional business plans, sales targets, and dealer performance improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key dealer principals, automotive partners, and major accounts in the region.
- Ensure alignment of dealer standards, commercial policies, and brand objectives across all three countries.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, pricing feedback, and stock planning in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and operational gaps, and take corrective action when needed.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in senior sales management within the automotive sector ; ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Experience working with importer, OEM, distributor, or large dealer group structures.
- Track record of increasing dealer performance, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with automotive retail, after-sales coordination, and regional commercial strategy.
- Experience managing multi-country or regional markets, ideally in Central and Eastern Europe .
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with strong reporting, presentation, and decision-support capabilities.
- Fluency in English is required ; Hungarian is strongly preferred ; Czech and/or Slovak language skills are an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across the region.
