We partner closely with IT, GPO, Global Controlling, and strategic vendors to reduce risk and optimize spend for SAP — using data-driven decisions (evidence), clear governance, and continuous improvement.
Co budeš dělat
- Own the end‑to‑end software asset lifecycle, from request through retirement
- Maintain accurate software inventory and entitlement records
- Deliver accurate software expense forecasts and ensure timely, complete charge‑out
- Analyze usage and consumption to identify cost‑saving opportunities
- Drive license optimization, shelfware reduction, and portfolio rationalization
- Support renewals and true‑ups with data‑driven recommendations
- Serve as the primary contact (with GPO buyer) for strategic software vendors
- Interpret licensing models, agreements, and metrics
- Support negotiations with accurate usage, compliance, and forecast data
- Produce reports and dashboards on software usage, spend, and risk
- Deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders on software governance, opportunities, and risks

- Software portfolio & lifecycle management: Seasoned in managing software across its lifecycle understand of how portfolio decisions affect cost, risk, architecture, security, and end users
- Licensing & commercial acumen: Advanced knowledge of licensing models and metrics, and ability to interpret contracts, order forms, product terms, metrics definitions, audit clauses
- Data & analytics: Proficient data skills to reconcile multiple data sources and ability to build insights from data
- Stakeholder and vendor management: Very proficient in influencing and communication skills and ability to manage vendors professionally
- Hands-on SAM/ ITAM exposure: 3-4 years’ deep experience with software compliance, contract/ entitlement management, renewal planning, cost forecasting + expense tracking, usage analytics, and cost optimization initiatives
- Tooling familiarity: Hands-on experience working with SAM tools (Flexera) and procurement/ finance systems (for spend + charge-out)
- Cross-functional working: Solid practical experience working across multiple groups and navigating competing priorities
- Evidence over opinion: comfortable challenging assumptions — incl. vendor positions — diplomatically but firmly
- Operational discipline: Individual is strong on renewal calendars, documentation, and preventing last-minute fire drills
- Comfort with ambiguity: Individual remains calm in complexity of imperfect data, shifting contract terms, and constant business pressure
