- Serve as subject matter expert for payroll operations across assigned countries
- Lead payroll components in M&A and expansion projects
- Design and implement robust control frameworks
- Maintain compliance with local regulations

- Basic Qualifications: - Excellent customer service orientation
- 3+ years payroll/HR experience
- Fluency in English
- Advanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Process optimization expertise
- Experience leading complex data analysis
- Proficient i
- Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in European payroll operations (Italy preferred)
- Fluency in Italian language (on top of mandatory English)
- Experience in leading projects
- Experience in cross-functional team environments
- Deep controllership / statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labour code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations)
