- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
Koho hledáme
- Strong server-side development experience in C# programming language and .NET framework together with ability to design APIs, and understanding complex systems with many interacting components
- Front-end or fullstack development with HTML5/ CSS / TypeScript and React together with UX experience and unit testing practices with Jest, etc.
- Experience with MongoDB and Elasticsearch
- Understanding the standard development tools like Git, Jira, TeamCity, Nolio, etc.
- Scripting proficiency in Powershell
- Previous project experience in financial services or banking industry
