- Commercial Execution: Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize pricing, reimbursement, and go-to-market strategies for capital equipment
- Portfolio Strategy & Management: Develop and implement the overall strategy for the capital equipment portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market needs, and regulatory requirements
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of capital products, from market analysis and product development to commercialization and end-of-life management
- Customer & Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Financial Performance: Drive portfolio profitability, forecasting, and P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital executives, and industry partners to strengthen market positioning
- Talent Development: (hiring, performance, rewards, coaching & development, Organization Talent Planning)
Koho hledáme
- Education: University Master's degree
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the medical devices industry, with a strong background in sales and capital equipment portfolio management
- People Management: Experience and strong track record in leading winning teams and developing talents. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
- Technical & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of capital equipment technology, healthcare economics, and sales strategies
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, market research, and financial reports to make informed decisions
- Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
