We’re training and deploying frontier models for developers and enterprises who are building AI systems to power magical experiences like content generation, semantic search, RAG, and agents. - partner closely with our GTM organization and senior leaders inside one of the world’s leading AI companies
- operate as trusted advisors to leadership teams and influential partners to the broader People organization
- support leaders across organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational health in a fast-scaling, globally distributed environment
- support org design — scaling teams and organizational structures
- support leadership coaching — supporting senior technical leaders
- support talent strategy — performance, retention, and succession planning
- support team effectiveness — organizational health and leadership capability
- support employee experience — onboarding, retention, and engagement
- support people team scale — helping evolve the broader People function

- Operate at senior scope — Director-equivalent BP experience, Head of People experience at a smaller company, or similar IC7+ scope
- Know technical environments — experience partnering with Sales, Marketing or similar organizations
- Understand hypergrowth — experience operating in startup, scale-up, or rapidly scaling environments
- Have global exposure — supported distributed organizations across multiple countries or regions
- Communicate exceptionally well — especially in written, asynchronous environments
- Build trust effectively — influence through credibility, judgment, and strong relationships over time
