What you build
You’ll join a small, focused engineering team developing and maintaining SAP S/4HANA Finance Applications — with a primary focus on the Controlling (CO) module. Your work will span new feature development (including AI-driven capabilities), continuous improvement of existing solutions, and direct customer support across both SAP S/4HANA and legacy SAP R/3 environments.

- Support customers running SAP S/4HANA and SAP R/3 — analyzing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and delivering fixes that ensure system stability and business continuity
- Own development tasks end to end — from understanding requirements and designing solutions to implementing, testing, and delivering production-ready code
- Develop and enhance functionality within the SAP Controlling domain
- Collaborate with your Engineering Manager, Product Management, and cross-site peers to align on technical direction and ensure smooth delivery
- Build deep domain expertise in enterprise financial controlling processes and their technical implementation
- Explore emerging technologies, contribute ideas, and bring innovation back to the team
- Grow into a specialist role within one of SAP’s foundational finance technology areas — with real impact at enterprise scale
Koho hledáme
- 4+ years of experience in professional software development
- Proficiency in at least one object‑oriented programming language (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Passion for clean code, structured problem-solving, and continuous learning
- Ability to work independently on complex tasks while thriving in an international, cross-site team
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with — or genuine willingness to learn — ABAP
