As a Senior Contracts Representative here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will
handle all facets of contract formation and contract management including
drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, and administration of
complex customer agreements. You will ensure that final contractual documents
drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with
respective approval processes and Honeywell Aerospace business is conducted with
the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and
international laws. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of
contracts, this role will ensure that Honeywell Aerospace operates in compliance
with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and protecting the
company's interests.
You will report directly to our Senior Contracts Lead and you’ll work out of our
Prague, Czechia location on a Hybrid work schedule. This is a maternity cover
position, with contract for at least one year, with possible extension.
