Co budeš dělat
- In this senior role, you operate with a high degree of autonomy and take on a guiding role within the second line of defense.
- Acting as a critical sparring partner for business and management in complex compliance and integrity issues
- Taking ownership of complex multi-stakeholder files, risks and regulatory frameworks
- Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations and translate them into clear, practical guidelines
- Proactively identifying compliance and integrity risks and developing well-founded positions
- Challenging existing principles and tackling them where necessary
- Actively contribute to the further development and maturity of the compliance function
- Participate in policy development, thematic reviews and impact analyses of new or amended regulations
- Independently lead projects from start to finish: from problem definition and stakeholder alignment to concrete recommendations
- Strengthening the compliance culture through knowledge sharing, guidance and awareness initiatives
- Representing Compliance in contacts with external parties such as regulators and auditors
Koho hledáme
- At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience within the financial sector, a substantial part of which is in Compliance or another second-line position
- In-depth knowledge of relevant CZ and EU laws and regulations
- Proven experience with complex cases, escalations and senior stakeholder management
- Experience with local regulatory bodies interactions
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a pragmatic mindset
- Able to work independently, make decisions and give direction in a dynamic context
- Excellent communication skills and strong powers of persuasion
- Fluent English, both orally and in writing
