- Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
- Reviews and advises on new or revised business strategies, initiatives, and projects to ensure risks are effectively mitigated.
- Leads a team of compliance associates that provide compliance guidance and related services to the business to ensure compliance coverage across all regulations.
- Identifies compliance risks resulting from new or revised laws and regulations, ensures action plans are developed to manage the risks, including effective training, procedures, and other controls.
- Provides guidance to the business to ensure documents, projects, processes or product initiatives comply with regulatory and legal requirements and enterprise policy.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
- Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
