Co budeš dělat
- Process accounting documents and review accounting entries and ledgers
- Post both standard and non-standard accounting operations
- Support and review the work of junior accountants/accountants
- Perform closing activities and prepare financial reports and analyses
- Gather and verify information necessary for processing accounting documents
- Prepare expert commentaries related to processed documents and conduct related investigations
- Communicate and cooperate with other departments in line with company policies and procedures
- Prepare statements, accounting reports, and financial analyses
- Act in accordance with AXA values and company standards
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Koho hledáme
- University degree in Economics/Finance or secondary education with relevant accounting experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role (insurance industry experience is an advantage)
- Czech language at native-speaker level; Good command of English (B2 level); Polish is considered an advantage
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- High level of accuracy, reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
