Co budeš dělat
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for assigned legal entities in coordination with external accounting providers.
- Review monthly closing processes prepared by external providers, including balance sheet reconciliations and alignment between statutory and management reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for local teams on routine finance queries, ensuring smooth communication with external providers.
- Support external audit processes and liaise with tax advisors on routine tax matters and annual filings.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax requirements, escalating complex issues to the Accounting Manager when needed.
- Maintain documentation of accounting processes and outsourced workflows.
- Contribute to process improvements and support global finance projects with local market considerations.
Koho hledáme
- University degree in accounting or finance-related areas.
- 5 years of work experience in the same or similar position.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive approach and teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizing abilities.
- Focus on delivery and deadlines.
- Experience from fast growing environment is a big plus.
- Fluency in Czech and English.
