We are looking for a School Director for our Modřany location who understands that leading a small team, caring for families, and hitting commercial targets all at once is not for everyone. Co budeš dělat
- Day-to-day management of the school — team, operations, and quality of teaching
- Driving student enrolment and loyalty — setting and hitting targets, following up with leads, converting trial lessons into long-term enrolments
- Lead management: converting enquiries into enrolments and ensuring an excellent experience for every family
- Local marketing, community events and partnerships — positioning Kids&Us as the go-to English school in the area
- Managing social media presence — primarily Instagram and Facebook — to grow local visibility
- Building relationships with families and the local community
- Coordinating with teachers and academic coordinators to maintain teaching standards
- Reporting to the Area Manager on a weekly basis
Koho hledáme
- Experience managing a small team — in education, retail, hospitality, or a similar service environment
- Commercial mindset: comfortable with targets, follow-up calls, and sales conversations
- Experience or genuine interest in social media management (Instagram, Facebook)
- Strong communicator — warm with families, direct and reliable with the team
- Organised and proactive: able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Passion for children's education and genuine interest in the Kids&Us method
- Czech — native or near-native level
- English — minimum B2 level, both written and spoken
- Based in Prague
