What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship – it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
In this role, you will support our SAP Concur team in building strong relationships with customers after their implementation phase. You will help ensure a smooth post-implementation experience by coordinating client requests, supporting internal teams, and providing guidance to customers on how to best use their SAP Concur solutions.
You will work with a large international portfolio of customers and collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams to resolve questions, manage escalations, and deliver high-quality customer service.
As you grow in the role, you will also gain exposure to consulting activities such as system configuration and best-practice advisory for SAP Concur customers.

- Support coordination of customer requests and service inquiries for a global portfolio of SAP Concur clients
- Assist with triage and routing of client queries to the appropriate internal teams
- Help coordinate and document customer escalations and service requests
- Participate in operational customer calls and support communication with client administrators
- Gain exposure to SAP Concur configuration and consulting activities while working with experienced team members
Koho hledáme
- Business fluency in English plus German (B2 or above)
- Currently studying toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field)
- Interest in technology, software solutions, and customer success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and work independently
