- Responsible for managing and growing assigned accounts while executing targeted sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Focuses on developing new local and global corporate business, strengthening existing client relationships, and driving both transient and group revenue.
- Works closely with Sales & Marketing and Property Leadership to implement effective commercial plans.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify, solicit, and grow new corporate accounts.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Drive business across transient, group, extended stay, and catering segments.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Maximize account revenue through strategic selling and account penetration.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance.
- Analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead proactive sales activities including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and maintain accurate account data.
- Utilize all sales channels to optimize revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful service delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Koho hledáme
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality (or relevant degree).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.
