As part of the Regal Rexnord Corporation, we offer our customers all over the world innovative solutions for their diverse automation tasks. As Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) you will qualify leads from our omni-channel digital customer engagement program, as well as through outbound calling activities from designated campaigns to drive lead generation initiatives to support the sales regions in Europe with focus on UK, France, BeNeLux, Germany, Italy and Scandinavia. In this role you will be engaging with potential new customers in high growth B2B segments including robotics, medical, battery production, and factory automation to support our goals for growth.
Co budeš dělat
- You will speak with customers who are just starting their design project to understand if we can help them with their machine build and qualify them to speak with a salesperson.
- You will execute lead qualification activities to support customer acquisition and retention, identify new target contacts as part of vertical market initiatives, as well as other business development activities.
- You will collaborate with sales, customer service team and marketing to identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of brand building and lead generating activities.
- You will use communication channels such as telephone and e-mail as well as Salesforce CRM on a daily basis.
- You will work from the Brno CZ office with the possibility for mobile working two days a week.
Koho hledáme
- Completed education or studies with a focus on Marketing, Business, or a technical discipline. First professional experience in Inside Sales, Telesales or a comparable position in the B2B segment.
- Ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts related to motion control.
- A passion for measurable results, in terms of contribution to the European sales funnel and new business revenue.
- High degree of diligence and reliability, willingness to follow a standard process and an enthusiasm for proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient time management, good planning and organizational skills, and an independent and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably SalesForce), MS Office, and lead management and acquisition tools such as LinkedIn Navigator would be desirable.
- Fluent in English and Czech and another of these languages: German, French.
