Job Summary
The Regional Manager, Technology leads regional technology vendor performance and partners with franchise owners and regional leadership to align technology with business needs. The role drives issue resolution, identifies growth opportunities through technology, and represents regional priorities to central teams to support effective delivery across local markets.

- Regional Vendor Management
Manage day-to-day relationships with local and regional technology vendors, acting as a key point of contact for both FOs and internal teams.
Track vendor performance against contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), holding them accountable for quality and delivery commitments.
Act as a third party to help mediate and resolve issues between local vendors and market
- Regional Partnership & Growth
Partner with Regional General Managers and FOs to proactively identify opportunities to increase sales by better applying existing or proven vendor technologies.
Act as the primary technology advisor to the regional leadership team, translating technical concepts and vendor performance into business impact.
Serve as the local market advocate in the early stages of the
- Issue Triage and Resolution
In partnership with local markets and central teams, you will triage and drive the resolution of key regional issues:
Technical Issues: For bugs or poor integrations, you will mediate between markets and vendors to diagnose root causes and drive a resolution plan, acting as the primary escalation point.

Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
A certification in vendor management, service management (e.g., ITIL), or project management.
Proven experience managing technology vendors, partners, or key supplier relationships.
Demonstrable experience working as a strategic business partner to non-technical teams, including Franchisees, Commer
