Co budeš dělat
- Process driver data changes, vehicle terminations, fuel card requests and respond to maintenance program questions
- Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local rules and regulations
- Provide vehicle information to HR for BIK and payroll deductions for employee paid options
- Code invoices with correct GL code and cost center
- Maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships.
- Answer routine questions and assist employees
- Implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practices in company
- Maintain and monitor data management system to organize the EMEA fleet
- Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information to forecast new requirement
- Streamline and monitor fuel / electric purchase system with assistance of fuel cards / charge cards for all vehicles and drivers
- Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company objectives
Koho hledáme
- Preferred: University degree or proven track of relevant experience (1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Logistics in an international environment)
- Very good written and verbal communication in English (min. B2)
- Nice to have: good written and verbal communication in another European language besides English and mother tongue
- Good organizational skills, detailed oriented with a "can-do" attitude
- Computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good view at handling complexity, problem solving and working close to deadlines
