- AI Solution Deployment & Adoption
- Lead the implementation and rollout of AI-powered solutions across European subsidiaries and distributor networks.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, sales teams, and local business units.
- Identify and resolve implementation challenges to ensure successful adoption.
- Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis
- Establish a structured process for collecting AI-related business requirements from subsidiaries and distributors.
- Analyze, prioritize, and document business needs, use cases, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor the progress of requirement implementation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Testing & Feedback Management
- Coordinate regional testing activities for AI applications and intelligent agents.
- Collect and analyze feedback regarding functionality, usability, stability, and market suitability.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous optimization.
- Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between Europe and global headquarters for AI-related projects.
- Facilitate communication among Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, and regional teams.
- Resolve cross-functional issues and ensure alignment of objectives across teams.
- Project Governance & Risk Management
- Establish project management frameworks, timelines, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation; Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Conduct post-project reviews and recommend process improvements to enhance future deployments.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably involving AI, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology-driven initiatives.
- Solid understanding of AI applications, intelligent agents, automation solutions, and digital business tools.
- Experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English and local language communication skills (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot, AI agents, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of European business practices, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
