As a HRBP & Recruiter, you will partner with managers to meet team recruitment goals by applying creativity and innovation to the sourcing, engagement, and hiring process. As well as focusing on ensuring smooth HR processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the overall employee experience.
Co budeš dělat
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and support team development and business
- Act as an HR point of contact for employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Contribute to HR processes using HR system (BambooHR), ensuring accurate documentation, data management, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and implement updated regulations
- Participate in improving recruitment and HR processes
- Take an active part in HR initiatives, employer branding, and employee engagement activities such as welfare activities.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR business partnering.
- Leading successful recruitment process end to end.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative, independence and proactiveness.
- High proficiency in both English and Czech.
