Co budeš dělat
- Manage major and minor engineering projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and company standards
- Provide technical expertise and support the preparation of project proposals and solutions
- Coordinate project activities, including supervision of technicians, field engineers, and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and applicable legislation
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, operations, procurement and commercial stakeholders
- Work closely with customers and suppliers throughout project lifecycle to ensure quality, cost and schedule expectations are met
Koho hledáme
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Graduate Engineer level preferred)
- Experience in project engineering, ideally in industrial or technical environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of project management and engineering processes
- Familiarity with IT tools and standard office applications
- Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken)
