We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
Co budeš dělat
- Support demand management, resourcing, and capacity planning activities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, participant coordination, and document distribution
- Assist with programme logistics and track delivery progress against agreed actions
- Monitor and track resource allocation aligned with project requirements
- Support governance events within the Digital & IT Governance framework, including KPRs, KPS, VRRs, and MORs
- Collaborate with Finance and VOIS teams to track budgets and forecasting cycles
- Produce monthly SteerCo materials and facilitate Insourcing SteerCo sessions
- Maintain governance documentation with accurate version control across Teams, SharePoint, and other tools

- Comfortable engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions
- A collaborative individual who supports programme teams to achieve shared outcomes
- Experienced in project planning and delivery within PMO, project management, or administrative roles
- Knowledgeable in financial principles, budgeting, and business case frameworks
- Confident in data analysis using Excel and Business Intelligence tools
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and project tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level in Economics, Engineering, Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
