Co budeš dělat
- Perform a range of administrative activities to support departmental and functional operations.
- Gather, consolidate, and organize information from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Execute data management tasks within defined areas, ensuring adherence to established standards and processes.
- Maintain and update databases and systems with accurate and timely information.
- Contribute to service delivery activities by assisting teams in day-to-day business functions.
- Assist in product management activities, including:
Gathering insights from internal and external sources
Preparing basic analyses and summaries
Supporting documentation and reporting
Maintaining product-related information and records
- Act as a liaison between product managers, service management, sales, and development teams.
- Support communication and alignment across stakeholders involved in product and operational initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of product strategy and roadmap activities.
- Raising purchase requisition requests and handling the purchase order process for the product team internal needs.
- Potential to evolve into project management/coordination activities
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product-related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with databases or data tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop product and market knowledge.
