- Own the Video team end-to-end - strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a group of Apify-maintained Actors targeting video (YouTube, TikTok) and other high-traffic verticals (Amazon, Indeed).
- Drive growth - define and execute pricing, packaging, and positioning. Customers are your north star. Revenue is what we watch closely.
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers and a Product Marketing Manager ( Eva Pelikánová ), with part-time customer support. Translate user pain into roadmap decisions, scope work with developers, and align the go-to-market strategy with Eva.
- Consistently talk to users - run customer calls, dig into support tickets, and synthesize feedback into a clear product direction.
- Define and track KPIs for your team and report on them in regular check-ins with the Head of Store.
- Keep pace with a fast-moving landscape - platforms change often. Monitor competitors, anti-scraping changes, and emerging use cases (especially AI agents), and translate them into product moves.
- Participate in Store-wide strategy alongside the Head of Store and the other Store PMs (Socials, Google, Universe). Your scope isn't limited to your team - you'll have a voice in where Apify Store goes overall.
- Respond to critical incidents - coordinate between developers, support, and customers when things break.
- Integrate AI into your daily work - research, drafting, prototyping, and data exploration. Every PM at Apify works this way.
Koho hledáme
- 3+ years of product management experience , ideally on a marketplace, developer tool, data, or social media product where you owned end-to-end outcomes.
- Shipped products you owned end-to-end - not just managed sprints, but defined the strategy, made the trade-offs, and were accountable for the outcome.
- A technical mindset - you understand coding principles and how scrapers and APIs work, and can have a substantive conversation with senior developers. You don't need to know how to code.
- Commercial thinking - you care about revenue, pricing, and unit economics, not just shipping features.
- A strong communicator - clear, concise, with the confidence to push back and the humility to change your mind when the data says so.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high autonomy - you'll be given a domain and trusted to figure it out.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Czech is not required.
- Able to work full-time and come to the Prague office regularly to be with the team.
